Sales and Refund Policy

1. Sales
All sales of digital products and services, including startup listings and subscription services, are final at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for digital services once they have been rendered or accessed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate billing errors.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the service (verified by our team).
- Unauthorized transactions.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact billing@provenmrr.com within 7 days of the transaction. Your request must include the transaction ID and a detailed explanation for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account associated with a chargeback or dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
